Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Fasttrack Services LLC operates as a service provider facilitating government transactions. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while recognizing the nature of government service processing.

2. Service Fees

Non-Refundable Once Processing Begins:

Our service fees are non-refundable once we have commenced processing your application. This includes:

  • Document review and verification
  • Application submission to government authorities
  • Typing and data entry services
  • Administrative processing

3. Government Fees

All government fees paid to authorities (MOHRE, immigration, etc.) are non-refundable. These fees are paid directly to government entities and are outside our control. We cannot refund government fees once they have been submitted.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Before Service Commencement

If you cancel your request before we begin processing, a full refund of our service fee may be provided, subject to administrative charges if applicable.

Service Not Provided

If we are unable to provide the requested service due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., system errors on our part), a full or partial refund may be provided.

Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately upon verification.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Services already processed or submitted to government authorities
  • Government rejections or delays (beyond our control)
  • Client-provided incorrect or incomplete information
  • Client-initiated cancellations after processing has begun
  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Government fee payments (non-refundable by authorities)

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of payment (for eligible cases)
  2. Provide your transaction reference number
  3. Explain the reason for the refund request
  4. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. For cash payments, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or check, subject to verification.

8. Corporate Clients

Corporate clients with service agreements may have different refund terms as specified in their individual contracts. Please refer to your service agreement for specific terms.

9. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your case. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes.
