By accessing and using Fasttrack Services LLC's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Fasttrack Services LLC is a government-authorized Tasheel & Tawjeeh center providing the following services:

• Tasheel services (MOHRE transactions, labor contracts, work permits)
• Tawjeeh & Awareness sessions
• Visa typing and processing
• Emirates ID typing
• Medical fitness typing
• PRO and Corporate services

3. Service Fees and Payment

All service fees are clearly displayed on our pricing page. Fees include our service charges. Government fees (MOHRE, immigration, etc.) are separate and will be clearly indicated. Payment is required before or at the time of service delivery, unless otherwise agreed for corporate clients.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information and documents
• Ensuring all documents are valid and authentic
• Complying with all UAE government regulations and requirements
• Timely payment of all fees

5. Processing Times

Processing times are estimates and depend on government systems and approval processes. While we strive to process all applications as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific timelines. Delays due to government systems, incomplete documentation, or regulatory changes are beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fasttrack Services LLC acts as a service provider and facilitator. We are not responsible for government decisions, rejections, or delays in approvals. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Refund Policy

Service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. Government fees paid to authorities are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances before service commencement. Please refer to our Refunds Policy page for detailed information.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data is handled in accordance with UAE data protection laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Intellectual Property
